Right of Withdrawal

Information on the right of withdrawal for consumers.

Note: The right of withdrawal applies to consumers in the case of paid contracts concluded at a distance (online). At present no paid services are offered – these instructions apply from the start of the payment and subscription functionality.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services/content

In the case of a contract for digital services or digital content (e.g. an online subscription or the booking of a digital slot), the right of withdrawal expires early if

you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
you have acknowledged that by giving your consent to the start of performance you lose your right of withdrawal.

This express consent and acknowledgement are obtained separately during the ordering/booking process.

Compensation for services already started

If you have requested that a paid service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point of withdrawal compared to the total scope of the service provided for in the contract.
